Is this an "interest" thread, or to showcase ideas/ design? You've shown me yours now I'll show you mine ;-)
I found this from David Garfinkle when I was looking for ideas for mine.

Just a heads up..( I gotta do this so don't shoot the messenger!)
If you plan to sell them here you will need to get a hold of IB to set up a Vendor account.
But pretty decent parts though..!

More of a show off and less of an interest.

Those are neat in that link. Are they CNC'd?
I'm not making these and I would like to have something unique on our FD. My buddy owns a plastics company and I asked for something unique. He is considering getting into the automotive scene, however. Do you need to be a vendor to start a feeler thread?
I have no idea how Garfinkle made his caps, but I found some better pics of them on a magazine website and they are real similar to your design. Yours are 3d printed?
My brother made these for me. Rotor features and the wheel manufacturer logo "Kinesis". Didn't really leave any space for the gear teeth but they came out perfect for me. Brother is a cnc programmer. They were cut from bar on the lathe and then cnc engraved on the concave surface. I filled the engraving with enamel to make it stand out.
