Cusco Pillow mounts???

I got these for free from a friend who used to be into FC's! My question is are there suppose to be some kind of metal bushing that sits on the top of the spherical bushing that is encased into these plates, or do they just slip right on and bolt them down! If anyone can help me that would be great! Oh and another thing does the D shaped section underneath camber plate face inside towards the engine bay or does it face outside! Thanks again!

i am not sure for the FC model but for a AE86 cusco pillow mounts, there was a "spacer/nut" combo. If you try installing them, you will see that the shaft has alot of play at the pillow part (where the shock shaft goes into the pillow ball joint). Cusco issued (comes with the mounts) a special hardware, it's a cylinder nut (cylinder goes between the ball joint inter walls and shaft outer walls, on top and 6 side nut shape).

This is for the AE86 but i am think it could be the same.
