Coil overs in general are a great improvement. Make sure the rest of your suspension is working right first though or you may be wasting your time.

I have the twin cone(not sure on the model or part#) Cusco coilovers w/ helper springs on my FC. Major improvement. They are the ****!

sorrie i didnt look more into it i was just gettign a great deal on some brand new d2 and i was like why pay 1200 for the tein ss ..
