coilover question

Ok i just got some coil overs for my FC. My question is what dampener setting well cause less wear and tear on the coil over? i would think a softer setting would cause it to bounce to much making the dampener work to hard but stiff would cause it to work to hard also to reduce bounce. thank in advance guys.

This will probably depend on what struts you have, and what the spring rate is. As long as the struts/shocks are of decent quality, and the spring rates are reasonable, it probably won't make a whole lot of difference either way.

spring rates are the typical 8 front and 6 rears with 32 way adjustable dampener
