Clarification on FD Wheel Fitment

I'm looking into purchasing a FD that has koni shocks with stock springs. I downloaded the wheel fitment spreadsheet but I'm not making alot of sense of it. I'm wanting to put 18x9.5 +45 rims all around with 275 35 18 tires. Would I have any issues running these numbers with a FD?

yes you may have rubbing issues up front.
you could run a skinnier tire (265 or 255 wide) or a shorter O.D. tire (like a 285/30R18) for better clearance in front.
read up on 18x9.5 fitment threads and 285's at all four corners, the threads will have info you can use.

Rears are fine. You might rub under hard corning up front. Give it a roll and you'll be fine.

There is wiring in the wheel well to so avoiding rubbing is qute a big deal. You have to becareful you don't damage that. I believe its on the driver's side. If anyone can clarify that would be great.
