Thumbs up CCW Customer Service

One of my new wheel has a small leak so I called CCW expressing the concern. Chip issued a UPS label on the same day...however I neglected to use the label in time so another call was made...Chip then issued a second UPS shipping label. Needless to say CCW got charged twice by UPS...I got my fixed wheel back in less than 5 business days.

Great product, excellent customer service...main ingredients for retaining loyal customer(s).

Thanks CCW!

I had good luck with them as well- they narrowed and changed the offset on a four wheels free of charge.

The did cut the wrong size in the wheel for the hub (FD vs. FC sizing), but their good service made up for it.

I will be ordering a set of these soon. Incidently, just because a label is generated does not mean that the company is charged. It has to ship first, and then the customer is charged. But still good to hear about their great customer service. HOw long is the wait?
