Buying Volk GT-N's need a little advice..

ok so i decided to get the volk gt-n's instead of the gt-7's , i wanted to know the best offset for these wheels. i know the gt-7's were a +43 in the front and a +44 in the rear , are the gt-n's the same offset? or can i get a little more aggressive with these wheels? btw 18x8 front and 18x10 rear. thanks in advance.

In my experience the offset should be OK. Currently I'm running Volk LE37T 19x8.5+43 front and 19x9.5+45 rear. I don't have any rubbing issues though I have a RX8, no FD or FC. If the offsett remains about the lower 40s then you should be OK. The lower the offset # the further out the wheel will sit causing some possible rubbing issues when the suspension is compressed. If you don't have any suspension done to the car you'll probably be OK. If you have coilovers like me then you can adjust the ride hight perfect. If you have lowerin springs you should still be OK. You might want to consider having the rear fenders rolled at a local tire/wheel shop so you don't cut up the rear tire if it does rub.

GT-Ns:

Front: 18x8, A-disk, +42 offset
Rear: 18x10, B-disk, +49 offset (+43 would be pushing it with 285 tires)

Hope you like understeer.
