Bushings??

I just want to do an overhaul on the suspension in my 91 rx7 NA in preparation for my V8 swap (i know i know). Would you guys recommend changing all of the bushings using the energy master bushing kit. Ebay has the kit for around 100 bucks. If so, how difficult is the installation of this kit?

its ok, i wouldn't use them in the rear though, Mazda loves to use multi axis pivots, so the arm needs to twist AND move up and down. the stock rubber bushings are actually cheap new

in the front its fine, you just need to make sure the arms move freely

So would you just recommend me changing all of the bushings with OEM ones instead of spending the extra money on energy? The car won't be a "race car" just an average street car with a V8 that might see the drag strip once a month. Where can I get the OEM ones, and do I need special tools to do that like a press or something?
