Question Braking problem

Hey i just finished a port job on my 12a, and i would appear that im not braking as much as it used to. Basically i presume i have lost some vacumm going to the brake booster? sound bout right, my delemer comes from how to increase it again. Its just a street/bridge port 12a none turbo engine, so what ya think. Its in a mazda 323 station wagon (1985)

cheers

Do you know if there is any place in your intake manifold that have more vacuum? But the vacuum might be the same throught out the manifold....... I know that some cars like vw use a vacuum accumlator. oh oh i think some muscle cars with big cam use a vacuum pump to produce extra vacuum for brakeing. You might want to check out summit to see if they have a vacuum kit or something. Good luck!!
