Arrow brakes squeal while cruising, NOT BRAKE PADS!

i have some annoying squeal coming from my driver's break assembly.
it's not my brake pads because it squeals when i'm not braking. thinking
warped rotors? maybe worn bearings?

any ideas?

Maybe a stuck caliper, dust shield bent against the rotor, worn wheel bearing, or any number of things. Take it apart and see what you can find.
