Question Brake upgrade... which one?

Hey, I have an 88 GXL and its been sitting in my driveway for like a year waiting for its new engine to go in. Anyways, the engine is on the way, but the brake rotors are rusted. So I was thinking why not upgrade the brakes instead of getting the rotors machined.
I was checking out rx7.com and they have a kit that gives Bonez Stage (I) Brake Pads for the Front and Rear, Front and Rear Cross Drilled or Slotted Rotors and Stainless Steel Brake lines, for $719 single piston or $739 4 piston (mines a 4 piston right?). Does this sound like a good idea? If so should I get the cross drille or the slotted rotors?
Car will only be street drivin.
Thanks guys

Check out alamomotorsports.com for the KVR rotors and mazdamotorsports.com for the SS brake lines. Brake pads are up to you. Hawk or EBC are pretty much the way to go. I went with EBC Green Stuff. Do this and see how much you'll save. All of this would be around or less than $600.
