Brake problem(not sure what it is)

I've had this problem a while now and first i thought it was my brake fluid that needed to be replaced since it didnt look good. I did that and bleeded the brakes twice just to make sure. The problem is still there though.

The problem is that i have to pump on the pedal ones to get that stiff feel from it, otherwise i can pres the pedal further down and it feels spungy.

has anyone else had this problem?

do you have Stainless steel brake lines?

That symtom could also be associated with a bad master cylinder, which could have been prematurely worn if your brake fluid was really nasty.
