Question Brake pistons stuck?

Hi,

Just tryed to replace my front brake pads. I managed to get one brake pad in. But on the other side of the disc when one piston was pushed back the other poped out. Now I cant push either of them back at all. Tryed levering hard with screw driver but they will not budge.

Now I cant use my car because I cant even fit the old pads back in.

I think I might have a siezed piston.

Anyone got any ideas on what I can do?

Thanks
Paul

You've got the piston cocked in its bore and stuck. Remove the caliper and crack the bleed valve open. Put the old pads in and with the bleed valve open push the pistons back by pressing on the pads. Close the bleed valve, mount the caliper, and install your new pads.
