Question Brake Pads

Ok, I own a jdm fd with 99 spec calipers on the front and I was wondering if the pads were the same as a typical usdm setup or if I would have to order pads along with the rotors from japan?

Also is the rear the same too? I don't believe I have the 99 spec rear calipers but just to be on the safe side.

Thanks for your time

Depending on what you mean by 99 spec, 294mm rotor used pad kit FDZ3-33-23Z, 314mm F1Z4-33-23Z or cheaper 1U0F-33-28Z. Rear caliper was the same either way with the same pad. You can interchange any of the sets for any model FD (and earlier) - and unless missing various springs, backing plates, etc, hardly worth buying OEM.

BACK FROM THE DEAD!!!

Can anyone help me get the answer to my question. I'm getting my car out of storage next week and would love to have new brake pads to put on the car.

The calipers and brake pads are the same. The 99 spec rotors are bigger than the regular 93-98 model cars.
