biggest tire for this rim?

i have a set of are/enkei meshies that are 16x8..i am kinda noobish but whats the widest tires i should buy that will fit it... 205? or 225? or hell 245? just kinda torn on what to do.

225/50 Falken Azenis, they are probably as wide as 1/2 the general use 245s out there.

i do not know the offset of these wheels the guy i bought them from said it was flush with the fenders on a 91 rx7

look on the back of the wheel. size and offset are stamped on one of the spokes (most likely)
like - 16x8 ET30
