I know in the 300zx community there are a few big brake kit options in the form of caliper relocation kits that allow for bigger rotors.
Is there anything similar to this for the FD community?
If there is, where would I go about purchasing either the kit itself or dimensions of the bracket to have a set made.

Not really.
Up front, Mandeville can modify the stock calipers for wider and larger rotors, but it's not just a bracket relocation. The rears, no.
HOWEVER, there are 99+ OEM brake upgrades that are essentially what you are talking about and they are reasonably priced. Availability is the only negative.
