Big Brake Kit FC

Does anyone know if there's a Big Brake Kit out there for an 88 RX7 Convertible?

This is the best one available for FC that I have ever seen. We have another kit coming in soon.

TWo piece, floating disc if you choose. Forged calipers, lightest in industry. Has inner dust seals.

The brakes are down there but installed. I can take more pics if you'd like.

Endless 6 Pot Mini Inch up kit. retail is in the mid to high three grand range.

For a cheap, and effective alternative, I'd go with the stock 4 piston calipers that came on sports/gtu's (maybe turbos too, I dinno). Maybe even fit FD calipers.

Most cost effective is the old K2RD kits based on Wilwood DynaLites.
They used to sell right around $1,000 for the fronts.
12.19" x 1.25" rotors are massive compared to stock, and the whole system weighs LESS than the stock parts they replace.
This fits very few 16" wheels and will NOT fit any 15".
You almost have to go with 17" wheels.

K2RD doesn't sell them officially, but try and check with Paul Ko if your are SERIOUS about purchasing them.
Expect to pay about $1,000 to $1,200.

If you don't think Wilwoods are good enough, expect to pay at LEAST $2,000+ for other kits.

That K2RD site is wrecked, the only thing there is haltech info, and all the links are broken.

Corksport in Oregon has BB kits also; however some quality brake pads, cold air ducting, and a full system flush with quality synthetic brake fluid should do the trick.

Unless you are making 300rwhp+ and driving the **** out of your car I really don't think you need to upgrade your brakes in a n/a Vert.

Check out.....
http://precisionbrakescompany.com/

They have kits for sale as well as they can custom make one for you. I spoke with one of the guys there and the price he told for a custom kit would be ~$1200. They seemed very knowledgeable and were good to deal with when I was asking my questions.

Yeah, but I think the email links are still working.
If not, try sales@k2rd.com
Tell them I'm referring you - that might expedite things.
