Best size 17s and tires for my set up on FC?
I have a 1989 FC3S I will be running KYB-AGX's, with Eibach Pro Spring's like I did on the Last Nopistons.com 1989 FC3S we did, also a GTU 5lug. As you might know the last FC we used a Bomex rear, sides and, GTC front bumper on that we ran 17s on the front and 18s on the rear this time we are going a diff rout. We will be running a Full GP-Sports body kit and the 20mm over fenders and the 30mm over rears We would like to run 17s front and back just wondering if the guys who are currently running these fenders and rears did? What did you find to be the best set up to bring the lip, edge of the rim and tire right to the edge of the fender and rears to fill them without sticking out? what rims and sizes your using also tires sizes and what it took to make work? spacers longer lug studs etc.
Thanks everyone! Jason S.

those rims on that white fc are hot man what are they?. i also wanted to put 18s on the back and 17s on the front. but the mechanic i go to told me not to he said it would mess up the turning and traction that the 7 has cuz the rear wheel turns 4 degrees. i took hes word for it. he had one of the first rx7s that came to edmonton he worked at mazda back in the 80s and bought it off hes boss for 1800 sweet deal for a brand spanking new 7 plus he still had waranty so he had most of it rebuilt. anyways i kinda took hes word for it and got all my falkens 17 but i still want 18s in the rear what do you think?

18's
You just have to get the rear toe elimanators they are on rx7.com or mazdatrix.com just about all the popular sites sell them. They will stop the rear auto toe that works to keep the traction by changing the rear angle.

Rishe works at auto R and D. I would say you probably want a low offset to push the lip farther out. I'm going to be running 17x9 I sure love that **** sex ...I sure love that **** sex ...I sure love that **** sex ...5 all around. I'm going to need a fender roll and maybe a pull, but we'll see.
