Anyone using Tanabe GF120 or NF120 lowering springs?

If so can you share any comments about them, such as ride feel, how much they lower the car, etc... Any info wouild be greatly appreciated, thanks,

anyone? I was thinking of ordering a set but cant decide whether to go with the "grip feeling" or "normal feeling" springs.
