There's no such thing as Racing Hart Evos. There's Racing Hart, and RH Evolution (aka Evos).

Just look at the side note on that website.

Notes: RH Evolution is NOT the same as Racing Hart. Many of the RH Evolution wheels closely resemble Racing Hart wheels in styling and nomenclature. Many wheel distributors and retailers purposefully or inadvertently misrepresent this. Racing Hart wheels are high quality, manufactured in Japan, and prices should reflect this, compared to the RH Evolution wheels.
