I only found a couple references to them from a group purchase on Volk wheels that apparently took place in 2001, but didn't see any follow-up posts about customer service, delivery time, etc.

I can't offer much help here, but hopefully it's better than nothing... I went to Upgrade once to check out a set of Gram Lights. He's (the owner) got a lot of Volks in stock and I think they do a lot of business. He was the only guy in there when i went and is in his late 30's I'd guess. He was also very helpful and seemed pretty knowledgable. Granted I didn't buy anything in there, but I think you can get a pretty good impression of a business looking around and meeting the ppl that run a place. In my opinion I'd say this guy has his stuff together. Not a ricey speed shop run by kids or someplace you'd expect to close up next week. If the price is right, I'd feel comfortable. My $.02

he's alright... i knew of his shop when he used to run it in the back of a hawaiian island wear outfit.

now he's got a small warehouse w/ a small front for ppl to check out stuff on.
