Any recommendations for: 16x 7.5 (or 16 x8) 0 offset rims?

I'm looking to get some new wheels. I want to get either 16 x7.5 or 16x8 wheels with 0 offset, lightweight!! I'm looking to spend about 1000$ for wheels and tires. Any recommendations? looking for more of a 5 spoke "sportier" look, no need for chrome...

Why such low offset?
You're not going to find something like that brand new.
No ways, not for that low a price - these things would cost $1,000 EACH per wheel brand new when ordered with that kinda offset.
You'd be lucky if you come across a set from one of those Japan used wheel importers.

Getting lightweights are probably going to run you about $2000 for wheels alone if they are brand new.

Well I wanted to get some 30 mm fenders, and didn't want to use spacers.

Have any other advice if this will be to troublesome?
