Another will these fit thread: 17x9, 17x10.5 FC
Hey,
I need to know how big of spacers i will need in front and/or rear to fit some 17x9s w/ 24mm offset (front) and 17x10.5s w/ 27mm offset (rear) on my FC w/ gc coilovers.
Also I have stock bodywork right now, I have rolled fenders and some small spacers up front, but will go with wider fenders and larger spacers if needed. I just wanted to know before I buy anything what I am getting into.
Thanks,
Chris Stampe

For sure you will need fender flare to run on the front, and exteme - camber like -3+ to run some regular size tires.. or you can run some narrow tires and strech the tires with rims... like 225 or 215, at rear you will be fine with help of rolling fender..
below is pic of my set up
18x10 with 20 offset with 265 tires front and back

Ok, I knew the fronts were gonna stick out quite a bit. What about spacers though, I think I will only need like a 10mm spacer on the front, and the rear maybe another 5-10mm spacer. I think that using 20mm wider fenders and running a bit of negative camber would give me enough space on the front. Anyone else have any more info...especially regarding spacer sizes?

Depends on stock (type) shocks or coilovers, it's minimum 1/4" or about 6mm.
10mm front and back makes it safe, but the rear studs cannot handle that much of a spacer - longer wheel studs are required.

I have ARP wheel studs for a vette or maro or something like that. They are pretty long, they will be able to handle a spacer fine. Anyone know how big of fenders I will need in the front/rear. Im thinkin 30 rear and 20 front. Ill probably just wait until I get the rims mounted and w/ the tires I want before I buy the fenders anyways.

Yea, Im undecided on tires, Im gonna wait till I get the rims and then get tires. Besides they are so different in size from one tire to another that I just dont know how big of ones will fit. Ill probably end up getting those cheap *** fb wide body fenders off ebay.
