Alignment with different wheel diameter??

ok I need to get a wheel alignment ,

does it matter what size tyre diameter it is ??

reason is that I powdercoated my stockers and I don't want the alignment tools to scratch my wheels (happened before with my previous car ) , so I was thinking of using another set of junker wheels so I dont have to worry about them getting scuffed up ,

but the problem is, the tyre diameter is about a half an inch taller than what I usually run...

so does it make a difference??

No, it will not make a difference. Make sure that the tires you are going to align it with are worn equally. Ex. don't have a new tire on rt ft and a worn out tire on lf ft as that will affect the alignment. Jeff
