Hey there, I have read up on offsets and what works and I'm just asking advice on what would be the best width/offset offered in TCIII that will fit a stock fender FD with a fender roll if needed.

This car has the fitment I'm looking for, just not sure what rim sizes he is using.



The list of offsets is here. I'm thinking 18x9.5 +45 is the best option? With that width and offset what width of tire would I be able to run?

After hours of searching I found someone running 18x9.5 +45 with a square 285/30/18 tire setup. Didn't say if fenders were rolled but I imagine they were.

 

Yeah, +45 best. 255/35-18 up front is a better bet for fender clearance and a better fit on 9.5" width. You could run 265/35 or 275/35 rears. 285/30 should fit in back but 9.5" is the minimum wheel width for that size (i.e., a bit pinched/pooched). Also there's vastly greater choice of tires in 275/35-18 vs. 285/30-18. Or could run 18x10 +35 rears with 285/30-18, should fit with rolled fenders.

 

Thanks for that. I was thinking I'd try and go with a square setup but I really don't care about rotating tires. If 18x10 +35 fits the rear with that wide of a tire I'll definitely go that route.

 

I've been streeting and tracking on staggered setups on the S2000 and FD for years. Not being able to rotate is no big deal at all...
