adjusting Ohlins

I'm riding Ohlins struts and Precedeo springs which offers awesome handling but rides too low. Both front bump stops are shot and only have 2" clearance under the car.

The Ohlins I've got don't seem to have the typical treaded shaft to adjust the spring base height but indented rings at 1/3" centers.

How are these adjusted?

Can't find any info on these anywhere.
