GA According to the offset calculator

So I'm in love with the rota P45R2 wheels in sport bronze.

I have seen them come in Wheel Diameter (Inches) - 18"
Wheel Width (Inches) - 9.5"
PCD Bolt Pattern - 5x114.3
Offset - 15mm
Hub Bore - 73 mm

According to 1010 tires offset calculator at a 15mm offset I would only lose 12mm less clearance from the he inside of the wheel to the strut housing.

I guess my real question is is that the only thing I have to consider with this fitment? Excluding fender rolling. Would this set up adversely effect my handling in a negative way?
