Calipers are same except fronts are wider, rears have longer brackets. Rotors are 12.4", 1.25" wide up front, 0.79" in back.

so is it really worth the money to upgrade the stock front calipers to 99+ calipers?

You are gaining rotors that are 0.9" bigger in diameter and .25" wider. If you aren't road racing the car and exceeding the stock braking capability, then ANY brake "upgrade" isn't worth the money.
