They should fit fine.

your wheels from the hub go into the wheel well 175mm, my 18x11.5 +41MM offset goes in 188mm. Not sure if the extra 1" diameter or .5" radius makes that much of a difference or not. if anything run a small 3mm spacer to get it to work.

Probably exactly like he says. You may need a very small spacer. The front is probably only touching the control arm because it's completely uncompressed suspension.
In the rear, how far away is the wheel edge to the trailing arm?

In the rear is about 1/2 inch
