5x114.3 to 5x110 adapters?

5x114.3 to 5x110 adapters?
Just curious... I'd like to use Saab wheels on my five lug FC. Cannot seem to locate spacers that take a 5x114.3 hub to a 5x110 bolt spacing. I find the reverse of that.. but it does not appeae that those will work ?
