4 bolt lugs coverted to 5 bolts

I'm thinking about converting my 1st Gen 4 bolt wheel lugs to the 5 bolt pattern, as offered by CPRacing.ca under the Drive Train section.

If I do this what maximum size rims would I be able to throw on my car? Right now, the largest stock that I think I can put on my car is 13" wheels.

The first gen section can probably get you a better answer since many have done the swap. You can definitly fit 16's in.
