3rd gen wheels fit 240SX?

I dont know the exact stud pattern of a 2nd/3rd gen Rx7 and a 240SX, but im curious if the wheels will fit ok? are they 5*114.3?

The specs for stock RX-7 third gen wheels are:

Size: 16 x 8JJ
Offset: 50mm (1.97 in)
Pitch circle diameter: 114.3mm (4.50 in)
Lugs (studs): 5
