3rd gen: DIY ABS Removal Parts List
I'm not going to get into the reasons why I removed the ABS system. But for those of you that are interested, it's actually not very difficult to do.
Parts list (click the underlined links):
Wilwood Brake Bias controller (for rear brakes)
1 - 3/8" Tee adapter
5 - 3/8" fittings (I picked these up at a local parts store for a few bucks)
20 ft of 7/16" line
2 - 1/4" plastic grommets from Ace Hardware
Brake line double flair tool
Tubing cutter
Tubing bender
So if you add that up, that's less than $100 in parts, and I rented all the tools for free from the local parts store. Here's how it turned out (sorry for the iphone pics).
Before
After
Driver's side wheel well
This is looking into the passenger footwell area
brake bias controller
If there is any interest, I can do a writeup on it to further clarify how easy it is and take some real pictures.

You ran the brake lines behind the dash in the cabin? Not sure why you would do that.
Do you plan on attaching the loose lines in the wheel well to the body somehow? You are asking for trouble leaving them hanging around loose like that.
Damian has a good thread on switching to manual brakes somewhere on this forum. Its either in the Race, 3rd Gen or here.

I ran the line behind the dash to clean up the engine bay. It's not necessary, just personal preference. The "loose lines" utilize the OEM brackets in the wheel wells (it's hard to see from the pics) and I added a few insulated p-clamps since I took the pics. I assure you that nothing is loose by any means.
