370z rear wheels

I got a free set of rear 370z rims and tires. the lug pattern is the same from what I read on the interwebs they are 19x10+30 any way these will fit under a stock FC body. If not what would I have to do to fit them?

IMO running 19s on an FD looks like cow poo, even moreso on an FC.

I'd be running 18's in the front I just like the look of these better then my 18s they're way more agressI've looking
