and offset is not really always the answer, sometimes its the wheel design, i am hoping that it does not rub on the caliper.

I'm confused though...if you have an FD and you already have the Z wheels, why don't you just go out and mount them and see if it will work?

I second that. Why don't you just mount them up and find out for yourself. And once you do post back here and tell everyone.

noobs
according to my expert google search
FD3S centerbore is 67.1mm
300zx z32 centerbore is 66.1mm
even if you ignore all the other possible fitment issues, they won't fit unless you get a machine shop to bore out the middle.

yes, i also work 12 hrs a day 5 days a week, and when i get home at night i dont really feel like doing much but relaxing and sleeping. so call it laziness or whatever, but this is easier to see if its been done before on here.
im interested in buying a 350z and selling my 7 and keeping my wheelsi just read they have the same bolt pattern then i read later down onthat same thread ona 350z forum site that the 300 and the 350 have the same pattern so i dont really know but thats what im seeing alot
They dont... one of my friends had the 300zx wheels WELDED onto the rotor... ended up getting into a accident on the freeway when the welds broke.
Point... no, they dont fit up.

Was just wondering Rishie, cause I'm sure a lot of engineers and manufactures would LOVE to hear how this is done. Even GOD him self would like to hear of this. So far, the only technique of marry-ing such materials is to rub/spin them under imense pressures. Even then its just a matter of using friction to mar surfaces to mix them up so they sorta stick at best. Maybe he meant JBWeld?? LOL
ohh wait, I'm keeping this old thread alive :O
