Will it fit right?

and also would it rub on an fc?

No,

and yes they will rub in front.

ya they will rub. im running a 225/45/17 on the front and a 255/40/17 on the rear of my fc and there is no more room to go withought rubbing

if you're willing to roll your fenders, sure.
and i'd go for 245/40/17. the 45 is kinda tall
