265/30/19 235/35/19.......And I think it looks great. I don't like the chicano low rider look and bounce, sorry it is not my thing.

How much lower would you go?? I don't want it slammed, I was thinking half inch in the front and an inch in the rear. Are springs available in particular sizes for the amount of drop you want??

Really??? You think it looks like a donk?? I believe 19 inch wheels don't justify calling it that since a real donk would have 28 inch wheels, a ridiculous paint job, and probably a drug dealer behind the wheel. Once I lower the car a little bit, it will be totally fine! And since it is a "Legendary Sports Car"............maybe some of us out there shouldn't be hacking them up with custom body kits, excessively wide wheels that stick out, mega wings, or any kind of upgraded wheel period. I am sure your Legendary Car is probably stock....that is what you do with a legend isn't it.....Keep it original right??

front looks decent, rear needs to drop about 1"-1.5" to give it a more balanced look. and other bad thing about fd's and 19's is the NEED for side steps. my car just looked wrong without anything happening on the sides lol (feed or 99 spec)
if your set on springs go with something stiff, or your front fenders and tires are gonna have a rub fest when your turning up a driveway (especially on a touring)
good luck with your car either way

I do like the side steps, I think I am going to order a set! Do you know if I will have to remove the front splash guards to install the side steps?? I just bought them from Mazda and would like to keep them on if possible. I figured at least a half an inch on the front. Thanks for the input!
Oh one more thing...can you recommned a spring set up?? Half inch in the front and 1.5 in the back. Thanks!

Between my fd is very far from "stock"! You should look around before smacking down on others cars. Trust me I have lot of room to talk and many ppl on here can vouch that.

That's fine....I am going to put the side steps on it and lower it too, so I am sure it will look more appropriate at that point. I do like the wheels though.....just needs to sit a little lower. Thanks!

suprman, lower the car and it will look much better. If your trying to save a buck, Tein S-Tech springs will lower your ride almost to the perfect height. When I say perfect, I mean the tire tops will be level with the fenders. That's pretty close to the Howard Coleman's IDEAL ride height of 25" at the fender. To me ALL STOCK SUSPENSION Fd's are 4x4s because of all the gap in between the tires and fenders. Most modern performance vehicles don't have those large gaps.

Thanks! The springs I have coming are going to lower the front .75 and the rear 1.5, and I also have the side skirts coming so it will also give it a lower look too.

Ok.....some said fitment would be a problem, some said I couldn't lower it without having rubbing problems, and some said the look was ATROCIOUS! Well here it is, lowered, riding perfect, no rubbing, and no fender rolling!
