18x9 an 18x10 do u have to roll fenders?

I just ordered my rims for my FD and my local shop told me that on an FD you should go 18x8 ( front )18x9 ( rear ) But everybody on here says 18x9 18x10 is the best. I trust the people on here because they are actually driving FD's and my shop isn't. So will I have to roll my fenders? oh yea they are plus 45 offset. I need some advice kinda quick.
thanks,

I am also being told that 45 offsetin front probably wont work. I just got off the phone with Advan and they told me I should go with 18x8 18x9. With like a 35 offset in front. an 45 in back. But this is different than what everyone on the forum has told me. I Need HELP this is startin to **** me ff I have been waiting 2 months for these rims and now 3 days before I am supposed to get them I get a call from ADVAN telling me this ****. Just some one that is running this setup help me out. thanks,

If you want to run an 18,9 you'd need to use a 245/35 and a +45mm offset. The 18,10 would be fine in a +45 as well.

This is guaranteed so just tell them what you want.

BTW, where are you picking up the Advans from and what kind of price are you getting. All Advans in US are grey market items, so I'm interested in seeing what they're being priced at for sale. I can get them also and can see if I can work you a better deal. Please be honest as there's not much room for markdown and I'd like to help you if at all possible.

Thanks, Rishie

I thought you all would know what you are talking about So here is what my wheel setup will be, will it work. 18x9 ( front ) with 45 offset and a 255/35/18 tire. and 18x10 ( rear ) with 45 offset and a 285/30/18 tire. So will I have issues with fneder rub and all that other bad stuff.

You won't have any problems with it rubbing unless you lower the car. 255's seem kinda big but I doubt it will rub. I have 9's on the front with a 41 offset and 245 tire, 10's out back with a 44 offset and 275 tire. I will need to roll the fenders when I lower it, depending on how low I go though.
