are 18x8.5 's to big for an FC

I have been interested in getting some 17x8 for the 7 by i was just wondering if 18x8.5 will fit. The reason is I came across a nice set for cheap

18x9's will fit since many people are running them, at the back at least!!!

Im running an 18x8 in the front and an 18x9 in the rear with no clearance issues at all.

I've used 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear with no problems.
