Hey guys, I am looking to get some 57 pros for my car. My dilemma is what sizes to get and what tire sizes to get
I am on R1 suspension and the vehicle is not lowered in any way.
Will I rub with 18x8.5 +40 18x10 +38 or 18x8.5 +40 18x9.5 +40
What tire sizes should I get to fit the car so that there wouldn't be any rubbing issues?
Much appreciated guys!

The second fitment you listed is better, both from a fitment standpoint and a handling balance standpoint.
Go with the 8.5 and 9.5, +40 offset, with either 235/40 or 245/35 tires up front, and 265/35s at the rear. Should fit fine, with no rubbing issues on a stock suspension.

rynberg, I have the opportunity of picking up wheels with the same widths and offsets, only in 17". 17x8.5F and 17x9.5R, +40. I was wondering if I could run a 255/40r17 up front ( using RSR race springs). I know it isnt an optimal offset, and will be closer to the fender than Id like, but do you think it will fit without issues?
Nothing that rolling the front fenders wouldn't cure. I still don't recommend running a 255 tire on an 8.5" rim, even though Mazda did it on the 99+ wheels.
275 on a +40 offset wheel will be pretty close to the rear fender but should clear.
