94 3rd Gen Rx7

I am purchasing a set of GT7's within the next few days.

Can someone help me verify the exact rims/offsets I need to purchase?

I want 18x10 with 285 's on the backs and 18x9 with 255 offset on the front.

What is the exact offset I need for these rims?

I have TEIN Flex coilovers so I think that gives the clearance I need.

I found this link of volk offsets but I don't quite understand how to read it.

I understand I need a high 40-50 offset but I need to know specifically the correct offset so I feel more comfortable that my new rims will fit.

Side question. Is rolling the fenders really a bad thing?
