17x9.5 +38 all around work on a fc3s?

Thinking of picking up some nt03+m in 17x9.5 +38, would that work on my 90' gtu? What would I need to do to get the fitment right? Thanks!!

The fitment would most likely work in the rear, but you would need a 20mm spacer up front to fit these. You would also need wider fenders, or flare out your stock ones.

I'd like the rims to be as flush as possible to the fenders. Would it look weird with 25 mm spacers up front and 35mm in the rear? I'm putting down over 450+ rwhp would I have issues?

you're going to be hard pressed to fit a 17x9.5 on the front with stock fenders.
