17x8 would appear to work?

looking at some rims 17x8 with 235/45/17,s
with a 32 mm offset up front.

From the calculator it looks like it would work.
But.. will it handle?
does anybody run this setup sucessfully?

How would some CE 28 ns price out in silver 18x9.5 18x8.5 for a FD?
