17x8 and 17x9 with 38 offset, will they fit?

Yep. They should. I'm running 17 x 9s in the rear with a +38 offset and they are fine. My fronts are 17 x 8 with a +33, and if I had it to do over again, I would have gone with a 38, cause they are a little too close to the fenders for my liking. The 38 should be perfect.
