You going to run the same size wheel for all 4 corners?

SSR Type C-RS Is available in 17 x 10.5 + 45,

Type C in 17 x 10 is discontinued, and the 9.5 is only available in +29, and + 65.

The newer SSR Type F is available in 17 x 10 + 15, 17 x 9.5 + 40

SSR Professor SP1's can be had in any size up to 17 x 12.5 wide.

CCW's monoblock corsair series starts at 18 inch, but their classics and LM20s get any size made in 17 inch.

Volk CE28s would do the job.

Fikses come in 17 inch too if you got the $$$ for them.

What's your budget for wheels & tires? Will the tires be used just for street driving or any autox and/or road racing included?

RPF1s come in the widths, but the offsets are in the + 15 and + 30 ranges.

Do they have to be 17s? I like my staggered 17 inch setup for the street, but am going to use 18x9.5 +45 RPF1s for the track.

What's the budget and what tire sizes are you hoping to acheive?

I'll only list options once I've filled in all the variables.

Oh and PLEASE DEFINE "LIGHTWEIGHT".

Under 20lbs?
Under 17lbs?
Under 15lbs?

This makes a big difference in both price and options.
