13 inch tires
What is the best 13 inch non-R performance tire available? I have read that the Sumitomo HTR 200s are a good cheap ST autocross tire (relatively speaking). Looking for input.

I've been running that tire for a few years now. The performance is simply outstanding for a street tire. The downside is that a set will only last me about 18 months between daily driving and autocrossing. But for $45.00 each (if you search) that isn't such a big issue.
If you are using stock rims, I would recommend 205s. But if you have (or can get) 8 inch wide rims, then go for the 215s because they are extremely happy with that size rim.
