what do you want out of the car?

with stretched tires, the rears will fit.

miata_mx5 that's my second pair of wheels..my everyday set is 8.5 and 10.5 respectively..but when i 've seen the 11x18 and 13x18 wheels i really loved the deeeeeeep dish...what about the front? will i be having any problems, lock to lock?
so i believe this extreme set of wheels is only for looks..but are there any side effects??
sorry again but here in greece i've heard lots of opinions and i dont know what to do...

There are always side effects if you are setting up a car for aggressive looks. Aggressive camber wear, potentially rubbing over hard bumps, needing alignment/suspension parts to make it "fit".

If it was me, and if i was setting up a car to have VIP style fitment with deep lip, would I care about those side-affects, probably not.

You can pretty much do anything, but it's always a question of how much of a compromise you want and how much $$$ you have.

it will def not fit.

i run 11" on front and they fit fine. i have the burn out flares in the back and run 11.5" with a 315 tire and they rub a bit.

here you guys go, just figure out what your max size is on a stock car and go from there depending on how much you want to flare. closest size inside is 10" +52 so check that vs the inside fitment you want.

today I test fitted a 10.5J ET 35 in front..still the wheel was inside the wide fenders so I guess that 11x18 is fine, lock to lock..

bewtew someone told me that if i run 11x18 in front, there would be steering problems and that the ride wont be so comfort, plus there would be a slight motion in the steering wheel all the time..can you help?

i run 18x11's with a 285/30/18 bf goodrich kdw tire and i dont have any of those problems.

i do not have power steering and i have a Atomic Rex manual rack so the steering might be different than other FD's but i dont think you would feel/have any problems. As far as comfort the only thing that can be a pain in the *** is parking or steering from side to side at a dead stop but that has a lot to do with me not having power steering, if i was you i'll go with 10.5 or with a 255/265/275 size tire.
