1,5" drop with 235/35x19

Yes, i searched but i did not found correct answer..
I have 93 FD and i found perfect 19x8,5 wheels with the 235/35 tires. offset 40.
before i buy those wheels i have to lower the car.. Coilover would be the best but because of money, i have to put just a lowering spring.. I found Tein S tech spring that lower 1,5" but is that the best option? i dont want that my car look like a tractor so i want to go low, but how low i can go...?

Thanks!

Thats not going to rub at all. You can get away with 255's on those 8.5's.. 19's are getting a bit big, but if thats what you want then by all means show us photos when you get them .. The 1.5 drop won't effect a thing.
