[FD] street springs 10/8 or 8/6

[FD] street springs 10/8 or 8/6
I drive almost 100% on the street and the streets are mostly on some of the worst roads in America (Beeeutiful San Jose, CA). 
I'm in the process of getting some new coilovers (Tein Flex) and was wondering what spring rate is better for my situation - 10K/8K or 8K/6K. I'll be running 18s and slightly wider than stock. Planning on top of fender opening at 25".
After reading Howard's FD Chassis thread I'm leaning towards to 8K/6K setup.
Thoughts?
