If you're having trouble with the throttle not going to 0, everyone tells you correct this and adjust that...
Try pulling up on your pedal... the cars are old, the pedal sometimes sticks down 5%.

Pretty close to 1 volt.
At 1 volt the S-AFC should show 0-2%.
If it's incorrect, you may have to reinitialize the S-AFC, and pump the throttle so it will re-learn the range.
